Huvudskär lighthouse is about 16 meters high and is located on the Aringlandsskär in Stockholm's southern outer skerries. The current lighthouse was built in 1931 in concrete and is white with a black belt. Solar panel power was installed in 1992. This lighthouse replaced the old lighthouse, which was a red residential building with a lighthouse tower on the roof.
