Engelbrektson & Co Flaggfabrik AB sells products to private individuals & companies within Sweden.
Customers under the age of 18 are welcome to shop in our physical store at Rådmansgatan 75, but not in the
online store. Orders placed in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes
Engelbrektson & Co Flaggfabrik AB to suffer financial damage, will be reported to the police.
We reserve the right to make any errors in the product information. All image information should be seen as
illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance of the product.
Remember that sewing or printing on fabric is a craft and that accuracy is not down to the millimeter.
Wood products have a natural variation in color and appearance.

Engelbrektson & Co has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid at any time during
the course of the transaction when the error is discovered.

treats all personal information confidentially. Certain information may be provided to our partner
Svea for transactions and to shipping companies for delivery in connection with payment.
We may use your information to send you advertising or newsletters regarding this store.
You always have the right to refuse such mailings & the right to request that the information we have registered be deleted.
When we have received your order, we will send a written order confirmation of the purchase to your email address,
when the goods are then sent, a notification will be sent via SMS or email with delivery information.
It is therefore important that you enter your correct email address & your correct mobile number in your
information. You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that addresses & contact information are filled in correctly when
registering. You need to check that the information provided is up-to-date when placing a new order.

or if delivery information is not provided due to incorrect contact information.

For corporate customers, we offer direct payment by card, Swish and bank account or invoice 30 days (Pay later).
We also offer e-invoices, which can be selected at checkout if you have chosen to shop as a business customer. When ordering

For corporate customers, there is the option to fill in several different references for marking the invoice
as well as an unwanted delivery address. It is mandatory to enter at least one reference for corporate customers.
Upon registration, a credit check is made by Svea which decides whether you as a customer can proceed with
invoice payment, otherwise it is done with card/Swish/bank account direct payment.
A receipt for your purchase will be provided by Svea.

All shipments are traceable and are made with DHL or courier.
In addition to the regular shipping cost, a cost for bulky goods, SEK 75 incl. VAT, may be added,
this applies regardless of the shipping method. In such cases, this will be visible at checkout.
The delivery address specified must be a street address, we do not ship to a PO Box address.
When choosing standard shipping for private individuals to a delivery location, an additional 99 SEK
incl. VAT will be added to all orders that are sent, regardless of order value & is added to the total cost
before you confirm your order. Orders with standard shipping via the webshop are sent
with DHL Service Point and can be picked up at an agent near you.
Once you have received confirmation by email from us that the goods have been sent, it is your
responsibility as a customer to receive the package. Notification will be sent via SMS to your mobile number.
If you have not received notification by SMS within 3 days of our email, please contact us at order@flaggbutik.nu,
or request your shipment via the link you received via email. You can also contact DHL and provide the
tracking number from our delivery confirmation: 0771-345345 (DHL Customer Service).
The package will remain with the agent for 6 days, then it will be returned to us.

When choosing a company package, an additional 119.20 SEK excl. VAT for shipping to a representative or
160 SEK excl. VAT for a company package with delivery on all orders sent, regardless of
order value & is added to the total cost before you confirm your order.
Company packages can only be selected by companies (not private individuals or sole proprietorships).
Orders with company packages are delivered to the company address.
The delivery address specified must be staffed Monday - Friday.
If the transport company cannot deliver because it is not open, additional costs will be charged for this.

Engelbrektson & Co Flaggfabrik AB always strives to deliver ordered goods as quickly as
possible.
Normal delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days depending on stock status, it can be faster but we
make no guarantees about it. Don't forget that we also have a store at Rådmansgatan 75 in Stockholm!
Longer delivery times than stated may occur during periods with high load due to
high ordering, stock status, delays, etc. In the event of a different delivery time, we will contact you.
Some goods are manufactured to order & The delivery time stated in the product information applies.
When purchasing custom-made goods, the order will be sent when the goods are available for complete delivery.
We deliver to Sweden, Finland (except Åland), Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia,
Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Germany, &Austria.
International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is completed.
In cases where packages are not picked up at the collection point by the customer, we reserve the right
to charge you for the return shipping as well as our own handling costs, which currently total 250 SEK incl. VAT,
in addition to the original shipping cost for packages within Sweden. Packages sent abroad are charged according to
DHL's return fees for the respective country. If you as a customer want us to send the goods again, we would like
you to contact our customer service immediately, you will be charged an additional shipping cost for the new shipment.
In other cases, the cost of the goods will be returned.
Electrical products are functionally tested before delivery, other products are inspected before delivery.
We are not responsible for transport damage incurred between our warehouse and customer, but we take care of the handling,
please contact us if necessary: order@flaggbutik.nu.
In case of transport damage: email a picture showing the damage & in cases where the packaging is damaged, also send a
photo of it. The report must be made to us within four days of the package being picked up.
Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible, so we would like to see that you
call or email us as soon as possible. Cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us
by email. In cases where the order has already been processed, you as a customer are obliged to receive the order
& pay the return shipping costs to us. (It will be more expensive for you as a customer not to pick up the package).
You have the right to cancel a purchase from flaggbutik.nu for 14 days. The cancellation period begins on the
day you receive the goods or a substantial part of them. To use the right of cancellation, please contact
our customer service at order@flaggbutik.nu to receive a confirmation from us.
The right of return only applies to unbroken packaging & original seals.
You are obliged to keep the product in the same good condition as when you received it, it must be unused.
The right of return does not apply to purchases of table flags, specially made goods or goods with a clear
personal touch.
The right of exchange, return & complaint does not apply to sales, bargains or second-hand products.
If the product is damaged or lost on due to the fact that you are not satisfied with the value, you lose the right to return.
The return shipping is paid by you as a customer. We do not have the possibility to pick up packages at
post offices, which means that the customer is always responsible for the entire shipping cost to our door.
After receiving the return and approving the product inspection, the product value will be refunded via Svea.
Always check your goods immediately upon delivery. In the event of damaged or incorrect goods, the complaint
must be sent toorder@flaggbutik.nu. The notification must be
made to us within four days of the package being picked up.
Email a picture showing the damage & if the packaging is damaged, send a photo of it.
State the order number & reason for the complaint and we will get back to you with instructions on how
to return the goods. The complaint is not valid until you have received confirmation from us by email.
Defective products returned to Engelbrektson & Co Flaggfabrik AB should always be treated as if they were faultless.
It is important for all types of returns that the product is packaged in such a way that it does not risk being damaged.
If the product is damaged or lost due to carelessness, you lose your right to a complaint.
If we have sent the wrong goods, a shipping note will be sent to you by e-mail so that you can send the goods back
to us free of charge. When we have received the delivery & approved the complaint by e-mail, we will replace the defective
or incorrect product without any additional shipping costs, provided that the goods are still available. In cases where the
product has been discontinued & we cannot replace you with a new item, we will make a refund via Svea when we receive the
defective item in return.
Engelbrektson & Co Flaggfabrik AB unfortunately cannot provide any guarantees on flags & pennants
as these are consumables. As we have no control over weather & wind, the customer is responsible for taking down
flags/pennants in the event of an overcast. For instructions & care advice regarding flags/pennants, please see the tab

Engelbrektson & Co Flaggfabrik AB is not responsible for events beyond our control that cause the
agreement to be hindered, hindered or delayed by any circumstance. This includes, among other things,
authority intervention, new or changed legislation, lack of permits, war, fire, flooding,
prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, unfavorable transport or value conditions and if
the company is accused of criminal activity that affects the business.
