Nationsflagga i flera storlekar!
The flag of Sudan is a tricolour featuring the Pan-Arab colours of red, white, and black, with a green triangle at the hoist (inner edge).
The choice of colours is based on the Pan-Arab palette. It replaced the original blue, yellow, and green tricolour used by the government following independence in 1956.
Red represents the struggle and the martyrs, white stands for peace; black symbolises the country; and green represents Islam and prosperity.
