Flag of Libya.
The flag size refers to the flag's long side, the height varies as nations have different proportions. Colors and proportions comply with the regulations of the selected country.
The flags are sewn or printed on woven, matte polyester. Appearance may vary.
They are of the highest quality for outdoor use and can, of course, be used indoors as well!
Recommended flag size for flagpole:
- 30 cm with loops fits a 62 cm wall-mounted pole or serves as a guest flag for a boat. These measure approx. 20x30 cm.
- 75 cm with loops fits a 122 cm wall-mounted pole. These measure approx. 50x75 cm.
- 150 cm with loops fits a 6 m flagpole, suitable for use as a handheld flag, for graduation celebrations, or at matches.
- 240 cm with plastic clips fits an approx. 8–10 m flagpole.
- 300 cm with plastic clips fits an approx. 12–14 m flagpole.

The flag of Libya consists of three horizontal bands in red, black, and green. A white crescent and a five-pointed star appear on the black band, which is wider than the others.
During Muammar al-Gaddafi's time in power, an all-green flag was used, however, after his opponents took control of the country in 2011 and gained international recognition, the 1951 flag was reinstated as Libya's official flag.
